Pop Physique is an intoxicating barre workout with movements designed to sculpt and tone your entire body in one hour. Quick visible results such as long, lean muscles, flat abs, and a tight bum. Increase your energy, raise your metabolic rate, and clear your mind. Pop Physique is located in the heart of Seal Beach.
Pop Physique is a stylish fitness and lifestyle concept that opened it's first studio in the Creative Class enclave of Silver Lake in 2008. Additional locations are in Studio City, Mar Vista, Costa Mesa, Century City, and West Palm Beach. The studios feature unique design elements in inspirational spaces. Sustainability and design are equally important to us. We do our best to re-purpose, refurbish, and use environmentally intelligent products when visible.
Pop Physique incorporates a ballet barre inspired exercise system into an efficient one hour class set to excellent music that blends elements of ballet, Pilates and light weight work into a methodical series of strengthening, isometrics, core shaping, and luxuriating stretches. We offer a wide range of class times seven days of the week. We limit our class size to ensure maximum personal attention.
Pop Physique was created by Jennifer Williams, a former professional ballet dancer and Pilates Instructor and her husband Deric, a brand developer. Jennifer studied ballet at The School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, where she was awarded the Corbett-Mayerson Scholarship.
